Packaging labels may vary, all steaks cut 1 inch thick, weights listed in product description are approximate.
Rarely, an item may need to be subbed out and replaced with an item of equal or more value.

On-farm pickup is always available, and delivery within the Waterloo/Cedar Falls metro area.

We ship on Monday to ensure timely delivery. Orders should arrive fully or mostly frozen.
Orders must be placed by Friday at noon CST for Monday shipping.
